New spacious apartment on 5a Basseinaya Street, with a balcony and a view to a quiet courtyard. New furniture and recently renovated. Our house is 30-50 meters away from the Arena City Shopping and Entertainment Complex, next to the Bessarabian Market, Kreschatik Street. Front entrance, 24 hours concierge on the ground floor. Here, high ceilings, separate kitchen, and a separate bathroom, large double bed, orthopedic mattress, corner sofa bed, air conditioning, large flat-screen TV, internet WI-FI. There is a big table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. The apartment is situated in few steps from Kreshchatik, Besarabka, Arena Entertainment. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, night clubs in a few minutes walk. Also, you can find a central food market and 2 supermarkets nearby. Cleaning at check-in and check out and also cleaning once a week for stays 7days and more is included. you can order extra cleaning any day for extra payment if needed. Fresh towels and linen are provided. There is a parking place is near the building and secure parking of Arena City on the opposite side of the street (extra pay).

Near to the apartment is located the legendary Bessarabsky market and supermarket BILLA, there is Arena City with shopping centre Mandarin Plaza in which delicacy-market Le Silpo has opened, and new shopping centre Gulliver with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 3 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street and 5 min walk from subway station. -To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab Ask owner.
